One common challenge is not having that one perfect group photo where everyone is smiling at the same time. I specialize in merging figures from separate images into a single, cohesive composition, creating a memory that feels completely natural, as if you all stood together for the portrait.
This collection is a snapshot of my journey as a self-taught artist. Each piece here represents a story—whether it is a pet portrait that honours a furry family member, or a maternity sketch that freezes a fleeting, precious moment in time.
When I work on these portraits, I do not just copy the photograph. I use high-quality, archival materials like Strathmore Bristol paper and Prismacolor pencils because I want your artwork to last for generations, not just a few months. For my charcoal and graphite sketches, I rely on Fabriano paper, which holds the contrast and depth I need to capture that specific spark in the eyes.
My process is a collaboration. Before I even pick up a pencil, we will talk about the composition and the vibe you are looking for. If you are opting for color, I use a burnishing technique to get a smooth, painterly look that avoids the grainy feel, making it look almost like a photograph until you look closer.
Everything is created in my Delhi studio.
