Realistic Pencil Sketch Portraits
I transform your favorite photographs into lifelike graphite portraits. Each piece is drawn by hand, capturing the real emotions and unique details of your special memories.

A realistic pencil sketch of a smiling couple, perfect for an anniversary or wedding gift. I focused on their happy expressions and the details in their traditional attire, like the intricate sari pattern and mangalsutra.

About Featured
I use the grid method to ensure accurate proportions, but the real work happens in the shading. Whether it is the fine texture of a saree or the specific glint in someone's eye, I spend hours layering graphite to make sure the sketch looks like the person you know, not just a drawing. Every piece is sealed with a matte fixative spray so your portrait stays crisp and smudge-free for years.
My Approach to Pencil Portraits
I believe a portrait should do more than look like a photo—it should capture a vibe. When you share a reference photo, I am looking for the things that make your loved one unique, whether it is a shy smile, a specific hairstyle, or the way they wear their jewelry.
The Materials and Process
I work primarily with graphite and charcoal pencils on high-quality 210+ GSM ivory paper or Bristol smooth paper. This combination provides a rich depth and a classy, traditional look that prints just cannot match.
- A4 Solo Portraits: Best for single subjects.
- A3 Duo Portraits: Perfect for anniversaries. I can even merge people from two different photos into one cohesive drawing.
- A2 Family Portraits: These are my large statement pieces. For group compositions, I always provide a rough layout sketch for your approval before I commit to the final shading.
Practical Details
I ship across India, and I take extra care with packaging. Your sketch is rolled and secured inside a rigid PVC pipe or heavy-duty cardboard tube to make sure it reaches you without a single crease. Please note that frames are not included, as shipping glass frames is risky. My portraits arrive as loose sheets, ready for you to take to your local framer so you can choose a frame that matches your home decor.
