Our group classes are rooted in the Iyengar method, which uses props like ropes, blocks, chairs, and belts. These tools are not crutches; they are teachers that help you understand correct alignment, practice safely with injuries, and access poses with greater intelligence and stability.
Restorative Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
In our restorative sessions, we use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body completely, allowing your nervous system to shift from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest." These classes are designed to calm the mind, reduce cortisol levels, and provide deep relaxation for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Aerial Yoga: Strength & Masti
Experience the fun (*masti*) of defying gravity in our Aerial Yoga classes. Using a soft hammock, you will build core strength, improve balance, and decompress your spine in a playful yet challenging way. It is a unique practice that enhances body awareness and tones the entire body.
Pranayama & Meditation: The Science of Stillness
The yogic tradition teaches that by controlling the *prana* (life force) through breath, we can control the mind. Our weekly breathwork (Pranayama) and guided meditation classes teach you techniques like Abdominal Breathing, Yoga Nidra, and Trataka to calm your mind, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace.
