About Luxury Residential Communities

When we design multi-family housing, we start by mapping existing site features like tree canopies and wind patterns. For our ARCUS project, this meant adjusting the building footprint to weave the structure around the trees. This approach creates a natural screen that ensures privacy and brings nature into your daily living experience, rather than just treating it as a background view.
