About this collection

When we design multi-family housing, we start by mapping existing site features like tree canopies and wind patterns. For our ARCUS project, this meant adjusting the building footprint to weave the structure around the trees. This approach creates a natural screen that ensures privacy and brings nature into your daily living experience, rather than just treating it as a background view.

Our design process for luxury communities moves beyond simple floor plans. We focus on a deliberate zoning strategy that separates public and private zones, as seen in our Amara Avika project. By opening the front-facing public areas to the street with glass façades and setting private residential units further back, we balance transparency with comfort.

We treat sustainability as a foundational technical requirement rather than an aesthetic choice. This includes:

  • Site Immersion: Detailed analysis of sun paths and existing flora before a single line is drawn.
  • Natural Ventilation: Designing for cross-ventilation to reduce dependence on mechanical cooling.
  • Structural Integrity: Using grid optimization to maximize usable area while allowing for flexible interiors.
  • GFC Technical Rigour: Providing 50 to 80+ construction drawings, including column centerlines and material schedules, to ensure the design on paper is exactly what is built on-site.

Whether working on high-density urban plots or larger green communities, we apply the same attention to detail. We coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants early in the process to prevent clashes and ensure your building is ready for seamless execution.
