Every project we take on starts with a conversation—about the land, the history, and the people who will use the space. These featured works highlight how we bring those dialogues to life across homes, community centers, and offices.

This twilight render of the Amara Avika luxury apartments in Chennai showcases our vision for modern, high-end urban living. The design balances transparency with privacy, featuring generous glass facades and lush, integrated greenery on every level.

For the Mango Tree Yard residence in Kerala, we designed the home around two mature mango trees. This view from the backyard highlights the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, with a tranquil waterbody and deck creating a serene living experience connected to nature.

The award-winning Nirbhaya Centre in Bangalore is a project with deep social impact. The building's facade, with its intricate brickwork and welcoming scale, was designed to be an approachable and safe space for women and children.

This vibrant yellow spiral staircase is the centerpiece of the Laurus Labs corporate office in Vizag. The design creates a dynamic, light-filled breakout space with stunning views, reflecting a modern approach to workplace architecture that encourages interaction and well-being.

The ARCUS residential building in Chennai demonstrates our ability to create impactful architecture in a dense urban setting. The design uses a combination of brick and contemporary forms, rising above the lush tree canopy while respecting the neighborhood's scale.

This aerial view of The Leaf Poomala in Kerala shows how we integrate our designs into the landscape. The hospitality project sits lightly on the land, nestled within the forest and overlooking a reservoir, offering guests an immersive natural retreat.

Our concept for the Myhome Vipina Clubhouse in Hyderabad reimagines community spaces. The design features large, open-air stepped seating and a cascading waterfall, creating a dynamic social hub for residents to connect and relax.

About this collection

Before we ever draw a line, we spend time simply observing the site. In our Kerala residence, the entire pavilion-style layout was shifted specifically to protect two mature mango trees that now define the backyard. It is not just about aesthetics, it is about letting the site dictate the structure so that the final building feels like it has always belonged there.

Our design process is rooted in a fundamental belief: good architecture is a response to its environment, not an imposition upon it. Whether we are planning a high-end apartment in the heart of Chennai or a community center in Bengaluru, we approach every site with the same curiosity.

The Role of Nature in Design

We advocate for sustainable architecture that works with the climate. This means prioritizing cross-ventilation, maximizing natural light, and using techniques like jali screens to temper the heat. When we design a workplace, such as our project for Laurus Labs in Vizag, we look for ways to make the building feel breathable. By focusing on passive cooling and biophilic workspace design, we reduce the reliance on air conditioning and create environments that are genuinely healthier to inhabit.

Diversity of Work

Our portfolio spans a wide spectrum, from private homes that embrace tropical living to complex urban master planning. In dense neighborhoods, we often use brick and contemporary forms to create structures that feel human-scale rather than imposing. For institutional projects, like the Nirbhaya Centre, our goal is to create safe, welcoming environments that serve the public while remaining respectful of the local context.

How We Work Together

We are a studio that values the 'sarsarahat'—that quiet buzz of excitement when an idea clicks. This is why we insist on a collaborative approach. Our team works across multiple disciplines, including urban design and adaptive reuse, ensuring that every detail, from the structural grid to the landscape plan, is integrated. If you are looking for design that prioritizes site context and human experience, let's start a conversation.

Architecture Dialogue

We are a dialogue-driven design office based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Our team is less about ego and more about creating spaces—whether it is a private home or a public building—that actually listen to their surroundings. We build together, argue, laugh, and grow, always looking for that moment when a project truly fits its place.
