Architecture is experienced where the hand meets the material. From custom brass hardware to sculpted teak railings, we explore how small, thoughtful interventions define the character of a space.

This bespoke brass door handle was designed for the DUA Villa. Its circular form echoes the arched openings throughout the home, creating a cohesive design language that is carried down to the smallest tactile element.

The custom door handles at DUA Villa were designed to reflect the arched doorways. The warmth of the brass is set against the rich teak wood, creating a detail that is both functional and beautiful.

Even the smallest elements are an opportunity for thoughtful design. These custom brass knobs, seen here on a bathroom vanity, carry the material language of brass and wood into every corner of the DUA Villa.

Prototypes of our custom-designed knobs for the DUA Villa, crafted from wood and brass. We often use physical mockups like these to perfect the feel and finish of the details that residents will interact with every day.

The solid teak wood railing of the Worli Duplex staircase was hand-moulded to follow the sweeping curve. This detail showcases the high level of craftsmanship required to execute our sculptural designs.

This detail shows the intricate pattern of chamfered coffers on the teak wood panels of the bar at the Worli Duplex. This level of woodworking adds texture and a sense of rhythm to the space.

Another variation of the wooden paneling design from the Worli Duplex, this time with a grid pattern. These details, while subtle, contribute to the overall tactile and visual richness of the home.

About The Poetry of Detail

We do not select hardware from a catalogue because the rhythm of a space is established by its smallest components. When we design a custom brass hinge or a hand-moulded teak railing, we are physically defining how you navigate your home. These elements are not merely decorative, but essential structural dialogues that dictate the tactile experience of living in your villa or apartment.
