About Strength and Conditioning Coaching
I started 2024 with a busted knee and a surgery that hit pause on everything. Recovery wasn’t fast or pretty, but it taught me more than any trophy ever could. I’m not the leanest or strongest I’ve ever been, but finally feeling good in my own skin? That’s gold. My coaching comes straight from this place - I know what it’s like to doubt yourself, stumble, and still come back stronger. This isn’t about perfect bodies. It’s about a mindset that doesn’t quit.
What I Stand For
- Consistency over perfection, always. We’ll work on small habits, not giant leaps.
- Mindset is half the game. Every choti jeet (little win) counts, and we celebrate them.
- No scary, extreme stuff. I want you to actually enjoy training so you stick with it.
What You Get
I’ve been a National Powerlifter and CrossFit athlete, but honestly, my biggest win was coming back after surgery. My coaching is all about you:
- Post-injury strength training with real-life rehab experience.
- Progressive overload coaching using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, whether you’re new or getting back after a break.
- Powerlifting for beginners - I’ll teach you the big three lifts and guide you to your first PR.
We’ll also talk nutrition because strength is built inside and out. If you’re scared to start, my rule? Bas 5 minute karo (Just do 5 minutes). That’s always enough to get going.

My Story
Hey, I’m Apuorva. My fitness journey? Not a straight line. I’ve gone from hiding myself in 2010 to finally feeling comfy in my own skin. Had a knee injury, major surgery for a fibroid last year—everything stopped. Zumba, powerlifting, all paused. Recovery’s tough, but breaking those mental walls is worth it. Life’s more than the gym, though—I’m a Pisimaa to my niece, love old Bollywood tunes, and just set up my own home in Bengaluru. Turning 30 feels good, honestly.
