- Injury-Aware Fitness: Having recovered from a major knee surgery myself, I know that your body has good days and bad days. I provide modifications for every move, ensuring you get a solid workout without compromising your joints or back.
- Real Community: This is not a silent, mirror-staring gym session. It is a space where we cheer for personal records, dance through stress, and honestly, just act silly together.
Class Options
- In-Studio: Perfect if you want that hands-on energy and posture correction. I keep batch sizes small so I can actually see you and help you refine your form, making it safer and more effective.
- Virtual: Perfect if you are short on time or prefer the comfort of home. You get live, interactive training via Zoom with verbal cues that keep you on track, plus access to recordings if you miss a day.
We keep it simple, sustainable, and fun. No one is judging your dance skills here, only your effort. Come as you are, and leave with a smile.
