My fitness journey hasn't been a straight line. This video shares my real story of starting 2024 with a knee injury, undergoing major surgery, and finding my strength again. It’s a reminder that fitness is about resilience, not perfection.

My approach to fitness comes from a place of lived experience. I’ve gone from hiding my body to finally feeling at home in my own skin, and my classes reflect that shift. We aren't here to stress over calorie counts or perfect form; we are here to move.

- Flexible Formats: Can't make it to a studio in Bangalore or Mumbai? My virtual sessions are just as interactive. You get the same energy, nutritional tips, and hydration reminders, delivered via Zoom with class recordings if you miss a day.
