My fitness journey hasn't been a straight line. This video shares my real story of starting 2024 with a knee injury, undergoing major surgery, and finding my strength again. It’s a reminder that fitness is about resilience, not perfection.

This is the energy I bring to every event. Here I am leading a massive Zumba warm-up for a cyclothon, getting everyone, even non-dancers, moving and smiling before their big race.
