Fitness doesn't have to be boring. Sometimes, you just need to turn up the music and move. Here is a look at my personal choreography, Bollywood dance sessions, and the moments when I just can't sit still.

Dancing to 'Sawaar Loon' in a traditional outfit. This is my happiest self, expressing myself through movement. This choreography is so lovely and expressive.

I've always wanted to perform to the song 'Barso Re Megha,' and it brought me so much joy to finally do it. This is a dance just for the soul.

This is what happens when your favorite Zumba track comes on randomly at home. You just have to get up and dance. Sitting still is not an option.

A quick dance session is my favorite kind of work break. It's the perfect way to reset my mind and get some movement in during a busy day.
