About Behind The Scenes
Everyone posts the perfect take, but here is the reality: three dropped turns, messy hair, and lots of giggling. I share these clips because fitness is not about looking flawless on camera. It is about the grit, the repetition, and the joy of finding a rhythm that works for your own body, whether you are in my Bangalore studio or joining from your living room.
My dance fitness classes are built on one simple rule: consistency beats perfection. When you see me in these behind-the-scenes clips, you see someone who has dealt with knee surgery and knows exactly how hard it is to start again. That is why I teach this way. We do not just do choreography; we do a Bollywood dance workout that actually makes you sweat, with no judgment if you have two left feet.

We cover a mix of high-energy Punjabi, salsa, and trending pop, but the focus remains on stress relief and mobility. My sessions include hands-on posture correction in the studio and real-time verbal cues online to keep your joints safe.
