About Workout From Home: Online Dance Routines
My online sessions are designed to be low-pressure and high-energy. We meet three times a week on Zoom for 60 minutes where I guide you through a mix of Bollywood, Punjabi, and Salsa moves. You don't need fancy equipment, just a bit of floor space and an internet connection to get started.
I started these virtual sessions because I know how intimidating a gym can feel when you are just starting out or dealing with an injury. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a homemaker, my goal is to make movement feel like a party rather than a chore.
We follow a consistent schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each session starts with a warm-up to prep your joints, moves into high-energy choreography, and ends with a cool-down. I use real-time verbal cues to ensure you are safe and using the right posture, even through a screen. If you miss a session, do not worry—you get access to the class recording for up to 48 hours so you never fall behind.
Beyond the dance, you get nutritional guidance and an invitation to our private community group for accountability. This is not about hitting a specific body weight, but about showing up for yourself and celebrating the wins, big or small.
