From Surgery to Strength: My Fitness Recovery
2024 didn't start with gym records for me; it started with a knee surgery. Here is how I rebuilt my movement from scratch, focusing on consistency over perfection.
Body shaming is a real issue that affects so many of us. I opened up about my own experiences and shared some ways I've learned to overcome it by focusing on my unique strengths and being kind to myself and others.
Turning 30 felt like a new beginning. For me, it's all about loving my body, making it fitter every day, and being unstoppable. This photoshoot was a celebration of that mindset.

A candid life update as I prepared to move from Mumbai. I was anxious about my next Zumba class but so grateful for the community that has supported me. New beginnings are scary but exciting.
About My Story: From Surgery to Strength
After my knee surgery, I had to stop everything. My comeback wasn't about rushing back to heavy lifts; it was about accepting my body's limits and rebuilding through movement that felt good, not just intense. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just starting, remember that the most important progress happens in the weeks you feel like doing nothing. We can start exactly where your body is today.
My journey from injury to strength changed how I view fitness. When you are forced to pause, you stop chasing aesthetic perfection and start chasing sustainability. That is the core of what I teach in my strength and conditioning sessions.
Why My Approach is Different
I have been through a major knee injury and fibroid surgery, so I know exactly what it feels like to have your momentum suddenly halted. When we work together, we are not just doing reps; we are listening to your body's specific needs.
- Safe Rehabilitation: Whether it is post-injury or post-surgery, I prioritize form and safety. I have been there, so I understand the mental and physical walls you hit.
- Consistency over Perfection: We do not need a perfect week to make progress. We need a consistent month. I help you build habits that survive your busy days.
- Movement for Joy: If you dread your workout, you will not do it. We mix CrossFit principles with high-energy movement to ensure you leave the session lighter in the head.
Who This Is For
I work with anyone ready to change their mindset. If you are a student, a working professional, or someone trying to get back into fitness after a long break, I am your partner in this. We focus on strength, conditioning, and nutrition that is practical—no crash diets or unsustainable gym hours.
Let's get you moving, cheering for your own wins, and feeling at home in your skin again.
