When you choose my rhythm therapy or corporate wellness sessions, you aren't just investing in your own well-being. You are directly supporting the Anuradha Pal Cultural Foundation, helping me bring the healing power of music to those who need it most.

Through my foundation, APCF, I conduct 'Workshops of Wellness' in educational institutions. These sessions aim to motivate the youth, support girls, and provide value-based education through the accessible and engaging medium of music.

Our 'Positive Weekends' concerts are a core initiative of APCF. We bring spiritual music, yoga, and motivation to beautiful public spaces, promoting Indian culture, female empowerment, and overall well-being in the community.

Giving back is central to my mission. APCF has mobilized resources to provide blankets, food rations, and medical help to poor villagers, and has helped widowed and disabled women and children across 20 Indian states.

A view of one of our 'Positive Weekends' concerts, held in a beautiful green space. We are committed to creating events that are not only musically enriching but also promote sensitivity towards the environment.

During the COVID pandemic, APCF created an online platform and facilitated mobile wallets for marginalized folk and classical musicians to earn a livelihood. We believe in supporting the entire ecosystem of our artistic heritage.

I was humbled to receive awards for APCF's work in sustainability and women empowerment from the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra and Shri Prasoon Joshi. These awards recognize our efforts to use music for social transformation.

A beautiful moment from a 'Positive Weekends' event, where we presented the guest artist, Shri Anup Jalota ji, with a potted plant instead of cut flowers. This is a small but significant part of our 'Go Green' initiative.

About this collection

Every session you book with me directly funds our 'Workshops of Wellness' and 'Positive Weekends' initiatives. We aren't just performing; we are actively providing free musical therapy to underserved communities, supporting struggling folk artists, and running educational programs for children across India. When we create rhythm together, we create a ripple effect of healing that extends far beyond the concert hall to those who need it most.

My journey with the tabla taught me that rhythm is the universal language of healing. Through the Anuradha Pal Cultural Foundation (APCF), I have made it my life's mission to ensure this healing reaches those who often have no access to it.

From providing food rations and medical aid to widowed women and disabled artists in rural villages, to organizing the 'AATMANIRBHAR' festival to support folk musicians during the pandemic, our work is grounded in reality. We believe that supporting the entire ecosystem of our artistic heritage is just as important as the performance itself.

Our 'Positive Weekends' events are experiential spaces where we integrate music with yoga and meditation in public parks, creating pockets of peace in our busy city lives. We also take a conscious 'Go Green' approach. At every concert, we honor artists with potted plants instead of cut flowers, and we advocate for plastic-free alternatives to respect Mother Earth.

Through the Anuradha Pal Cultural Academy (APCA), we provide value-based education for children, using music to build character, focus, and empathy. Your involvement helps sustain these programs, allowing us to keep expanding our outreach to the elderly, the youth, and marginalized communities. This is not charity; it is a collective responsibility to preserve our cultural heritage while nurturing human well-being.
