My corporate sessions are built on an interactive model where we do not just sit and listen. Through 'Clap and Chant' exercises and live demonstrations, we use the science of rhythm to help teams break the ice, synchronize their focus, and manage collective stress. Why Rhythm for Corporates?
In my workshops, I use the concept of 'tuning yourself'—a metaphor I often teach. Just as a tabla player must tune their instrument to the drone of the tanpura before playing, a team must tune their internal focus and communication to perform at their best. We explore:
- Rhythmic Breathing: Using ancient Naad Yoga techniques to lower cortisol levels and reset the nervous system during high-pressure work periods.
