I was delighted to be invited as a guest speaker at Atlas SkillTech University to talk about mental wellness through Indian music. It is so important to introduce these concepts to young minds.

Spreading happiness through music is my life's mission. It was an honor to conduct a special wellness session for the wonderful women at Borosil, reminding everyone that singing is a powerful tool for joy and well being.

It was a privilege to be a guest speaker for Lokmanya Multipurpose Bank on Women's Day. We sang together and I shared life skills to help everyone stay happy and stress free.

About Wellness Through Music: Corporate & Community Events

My sessions aren't about performance; they are about collective well-being. Whether it's a room full of nursing students or a corporate team, I use simple breathing techniques and 'bhaav' (emotion) to help everyone drop their inhibitions. You don't need a trained voice to feel the stress melt away when you sing together.

Many people believe they can’t sing because they aren't 'professionals'. At Swarmaanas, we throw that rule out the window. My workshops in Mumbai—whether at corporate offices, universities like Atlas SkillTech, or local clubs—are designed for those who feel shy about their voice.

What to Expect in a Session

We start with diaphragmatic breathing and Omkar meditation to calm the nervous system. Once the body is relaxed, we move into group singing—Bollywood, light music, or bhajans—focused on expressive singing rather than perfect pitch. My goal is to release happy hormones and create a space where everyone feels safe.
