- Tailored Energy: Every office has a different vibe. Before we start, I chat with your HR or leadership team to understand the specific stress themes or goals you want to address. Whether it's an offsite retreat or a one-hour wellness break at the office, I adapt the session to fit your space and schedule.
The Logistics
I am based in Mumbai, but I travel across India for retreats and team events. My team and I handle everything from the curated playlist to the portable audio equipment. All you need to provide is a clear space and a team ready to let their guard down.
