Welcome to my kitchen. Here is a glimpse of the genuine, home-cooked Andhra and Hyderabadi dishes I prepare for family celebrations, poojas, and housewarmings in K.R. Puram.

This is my classic festival meal, perfect for any celebration. It features a complete spread with steamed rice, flavorful pulihora, traditional sambar, dal, crispy vada, curd rice, and a sweet pongal to finish the meal on a happy note.

Here is a look at a full catering order for a Satyanarayana Swamy pooja. You can see the spread of dishes including plain rice, pulihora, sambar, cabbage fry, and roti pachadi, all packed hot and ready to serve your guests.

I prepare special breakfast spreads for events like housewarming ceremonies. This popular combination includes hot pongal, crispy vada, aromatic sambar, and fresh coconut chutney, a perfect start to an auspicious day.

My Gutti Vankaya curry is a true Andhra specialty. I prepare it by stuffing baby brinjals with a fragrant spice mix and simmering them in a rich, tangy gravy, making it a favorite for many of my clients.

I offer a variety of traditional rice bowls that are perfect as part of a larger meal or as a combo. This picture shows three of my most requested rice dishes: classic Tamarind Rice (Pulihora), delicate Coconut Rice, and soothing Curd Rice.

This is a glimpse of a festive lunch I prepared for a housewarming ceremony for 70 guests. The menu included special items like Gongura Pulihora, creamy Paneer Butter Masala, and traditional Akukura Pappu (dal with leafy greens).

It brings me so much joy to receive feedback like this. I feel blessed to have cooked for an Ayyappa Swamulu lunch, and I'm grateful the traditional taste was appreciated by everyone.

I started Anu's Kitchen from a very personal space, wanting to provide the comfort of hygienic, tasty home food that I once struggled to find. This is a little bit about my journey and why I am so passionate about serving my community.

About Featured

I do not run a restaurant, and I do not use commercial mass-cooking techniques. When you book me for an event, I cook every batch fresh from my home kitchen, exactly as I would for my own family. Whether it is a traditional Satyanarayana Swamy pooja or a housewarming breakfast, I manage the logistics to ensure your food arrives hot in secure, food-grade containers, ready for you to serve to your guests.
