We blend Roman columns, Georgian mouldings, and symmetrical facades with modern luxury, crafting homes that command attention and stand the test of time.

An upcoming project showcasing classical Roman-style architecture with Georgian mouldings and stylish balusters. The design features a grand double-height entrance porch and is set within a landscape that is 75% green space.

A daytime render of the grand residential project, showing the crisp white facade and the intricate details of the classical columns, arches, and balustrades under bright sunlight.

A dramatic night view of the same classical residential building. The architectural lighting is designed to accentuate the majestic columns and arched openings, creating a powerful and opulent statement.

This neoclassical apartment building features strong vertical lines created by classical pilasters and repeating window patterns. The design maintains a stately and elegant presence while providing modern living spaces.

A residential building in a classical architectural style, featuring ornate balustrades, symmetrical window placements, and detailed cornices. The design evokes the grandeur of colonial-era architecture.

This classical design uses decorative mouldings and ornate ironwork on the balconies to create a refined and elegant facade. The symmetrical gables add to the building's traditional and stately character.

About Classical & Neoclassical Designs

When executing neoclassical facades, the challenge lies in balancing historical ornamentation with structural reality. I prioritize technical precision, ensuring that heavy features like stone cladding and complex mouldings are supported by robust framing, while integrating modern thermal-break windows to maintain interior climate control and energy efficiency.

Classical architecture is not just about historical mimicry, it is about mastering the rules of proportion and symmetry to create a sense of permanence. In my practice, I re-engineer these traditional forms for contemporary living. Whether it is a grand residence featuring Roman-style columns or an apartment building defined by repetitive Georgian mouldings, the goal is to create a structure that looks as balanced as it is imposing.

My approach to these projects begins with rigorous planning. We utilize advanced 3D modeling to analyze how light interacts with the facade throughout the day and night, ensuring that shadows cast by cornices and balconies enhance the building's depth.

Beyond the aesthetic, we address the practical requirements of a modern home:

  • Structural Coordination: We design specific support structures for heavy facade elements like GRC jalis and stone cladding.
  • Functional Integration: Modern homes require extensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts. We plan these carefully so that modern amenities like home automation and HVAC systems remain invisible, preserving the clean, traditional look of the exterior.
  • Material Selection: We guide the selection of durable exterior finishes that withstand the local climate while retaining their polished appearance.

Since receiving the 2022 Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Award, we have continued to refine our process for these grand designs. From the initial municipal sanction drawings to the final site supervision, we manage the technical complexities so that you are left with a residence of enduring elegance.
