Maza na aaye khane mein toh rapat likha do thane mein! This is our famous Tawa Keema Chaap, minced soya cooked on a large tawa with rich spices and served with soft Rumali Roti. It's a dish full of flavour and our signature Madaan style.

Have you ever tried pizza in a kulhad? We bring you the viral Fire Kulhad Pizza, loaded with veggies, sauces, and lots of cheese, all baked in an earthen cup and finished with a fiery touch. It's a cheesy, smoky delight you won't forget.

The Golden Thali is our take on a complete, balanced meal—Dal Makhni, Shahi Paneer, and fresh breads—served hot and without compromise on quality. It is simple, pure vegetarian food that fills the stomach and satisfies the craving for home-style flavors.

We also love to experiment. We were one of the first in Delhi to bring Soupy Momos from the streets of Sikkim, and our Fire Kulhad Pizza has become a local viral hit. We use clay pots (matki) to serve our special Paneer and Handi combos, which imparts a subtle, earthy smokiness you cannot get with steel or plastic.
