My Paneer Tikka features large, soft cubes of paneer marinated in yogurt and spices, then grilled with bell peppers and onions. It's served with a side of spicy green chutney and pickled onions for a complete appetizer experience.

This is a full meal featuring my creamy Malai Chaap served with soft Rumali Roti. The chaap is cooked in a rich, cashew-based gravy and topped with cream, making it a hearty and flavourful option.

A plate of my classic Paneer Tikka, beautifully arranged and ready to eat. The paneer is grilled until it has a slight char, giving it a smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with the fresh mint chutney.

Watch how I prepare my Tawa Chaap, a popular street-side delicacy. The soya chaap is cooked in a rich, flavourful gravy on a large tawa and served hot, often with a side of Rumali Roti. The final drizzle of cream makes it extra rich.

About Tandoori & Tawa Specials

My Tawa Chaap is prepared right on the flat griddle, never pre-made. When you order, I toss the marinated soya pieces with fresh onions, tomatoes, and Desi Ghee until they soak up all those spices. You will taste the difference in the texture because I do not believe in quick-fix frozen preparations.
