Jalakara: A Handcrafted Hotel in the Andamans
I designed and built this boutique hotel on Havelock Island, blending vernacular Indian architecture with tropical luxury. Each of the seven villas offers a unique experience, showcasing the skills of craftsmen from across India and materials sourced to respect the local context.
Private Residences & Villas
I create homes that are sanctuaries, deeply connected to their natural surroundings. My full Design + Build service ensures a seamless journey from concept to a home that features breezy verandas, courtyards, and spaces that blur the line between inside and out.
Prefab Earthen Cottages
I am developing prefabricated sustainable homes to offer a quicker build time without sacrificing the handcrafted quality. This wattle-and-daub studio in Moira, Goa, was built in just 12 months and serves as a prototype for eco-friendly, modular living spaces.
Community & Public Architecture
My work extends to public and community-focused projects that serve a larger purpose. These include a science center built with on-site earth and a volunteer house in the Nilgiris, both designed to be ecological, economical, and deeply rooted in their local context.
