Complete Home Renovation: Real Before & After Transformations
Every space has hidden potential. We take empty or dated layouts and turn them into functional, personalized homes that feel like... well, like home.
We took this apartment with a closed-off layout and completely opened it up. By removing the kitchen wall, we created a brighter, more spacious living area with an open kitchen concept and a breakfast counter. The final design uses a soft, neutral palette to create a home that feels welcoming, not like a hotel room.
This project involved revamping a 40-year-old independent villa to give it a contemporary and minimal look without any major structural changes. We designed a new layout with seating for 12-15 people, a six-seater dining table, and a new backlit bar area, completely changing the feel of the home.
This before-and-after shows how we transformed a standard 2.5 BHK flat. We combined the small half-bedroom with the living room using large sliding doors and a Murphy bed, creating a multi-functional space that can be a guest room or an open living area.
From a pile of rubble to a polished living space. This transformation shows our process of creating a modern home with clean lines, featuring pastel pink armchairs, a sleek TV unit, and an open-plan layout that connects to the dining area and kitchen.
A quick look at a bedroom makeover from a work-in-progress to the final result. We installed sleek white wardrobes with profile glass shutters and internal lighting, complemented by a calming blue-green feature wall with paneling.
This bedroom makeover shows how a simple room can be elevated with thoughtful design. We added a beautiful wainscoting feature wall in a calming pastel green, new wooden side tables, and focused reading lights to create a cozy and elegant master bedroom.
From a blank canvas with wooden flooring to a finished bedroom. This transformation features a bold, patterned wallpaper that acts as a feature wall, complemented by a wooden bed frame and a sliding mirror wardrobe to enhance the sense of space.
Watch how we turned this empty dining area into a warm and inviting space. The final design features a round rattan dining set and a large, custom wooden crockery unit with integrated lighting and cane shutters, blending storage with style.
About Complete Transformations: Before & After
Renovations are not just about picking paint colors; they are about making hard decisions on what to keep and what to break. Whether it is removing a non-load-bearing wall to create an open kitchen or tucking a bed into a wall unit to save floor space, we focus on the structural shifts that actually make a house livable. You will see some messy demolition stages in these photos, but that is where the real magic happens.
Many clients come to us feeling overwhelmed by a space that just does not work for their lifestyle. It might be a 40-year-old villa that feels closed off or a 2.5 BHK that lacks storage. Our process starts by ignoring the current layout and imagining what the space could actually do for you.
The Structural Shift
We often tackle structural changes first. Breaking down walls for an open-plan kitchen or combining small rooms with Murphy bed systems is usually where we start. This unlocks the light and airflow that many older Mumbai apartments miss.
Budget-Friendly Upgrades
To keep things practical, we frequently use large-format vitrified slabs for kitchen counters and vanities. They offer a seamless, high-end look without the cost of natural stone. We also love upcycling—taking existing wardrobes or old window frames and giving them a fresh face with PU coating or smart wallpaper overlays.
Common Renovation Questions
- Is structural change always necessary? Not always. Sometimes, it is about shifting the focus. We might reconfigure a dining area to include floor-to-ceiling storage or add profile lighting to brighten a dull bedroom.
- What about the mess? It is true, demolition is loud and dusty. We plan for off-site debris disposal and waterproofing during the civil phase to ensure your neighbors remain happy and your new floors remain leak-free.
- Will it feel like a showroom? We make sure it does not. We stick to soft, neutral palettes and personalized accents so the result is a home, not a hotel. If you are ready to stop struggling with a layout that does not work, let us start that conversation.
