We don't believe in 'soft' yoga sessions at Anchor Fitness Club. If you’re coming here, expect to break a sweat. Our Power and Hatha Yoga sessions are designed to build core strength and flexibility simultaneously. Many people come in thinking yoga is just for relaxation, but after one session with our props—the straps for alignment and wheels for backbends—they realize it's a serious workout for fat loss and muscle toning.
