"No Excuses" is the motto. In my class, you'll forget you're even exercising because you'll be too busy dancing and having a good time.

About this collection
Our Zumba sessions happen in a 12,000 sqft studio with a proper JBL sound setup. It is not about following strict choreo perfectly from day one. You will be surrounded by people of all levels, moving to loud music, burning calories, and having a laugh. If you are new, just focus on the rhythm and keep moving—the intensity comes naturally when the music hits.
Why Zumba at Anchor Fitness?
Working out solo is boring, bhai. That is why I built these sessions around squad energy. When the music is loud and everyone around you is sweating it out, you end up pushing yourself way harder than you would on a treadmill.
The Vibe
We don't just do basic steps. We run themed sessions like Holi Zumba and Navratri Dandiya to keep things fresh. The studio is equipped with full-length mirrors so you can check your form and laminate wooden flooring to save your joints. It is a safe, unisex space where students, professionals, and everyone in between comes to dump their daily stress.
What to Expect
- Certified Trainers: Whether you are a first-timer or a pro, my trainers are there to guide you through the routines.
- Morning & Evening Batches: We run classes 6 days a week from 6 AM to 10 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM, so you do not have to make excuses about timing.
- The Gear: Just bring your water bottle. We have got the JBL speakers, party lights, and the space sorted.
