I use a mix of asana, pranayama, mudra, and bandha - not just exercise, but a full-on approach to feeling better, every day.
My Style
I keep things very real and accessible. Props like blocks, straps, cushions? We use them a lot. No shame in that. It's about making things work for your body, not forcing your body to work for the pose. Whether you're new or have been on the mat for years, my sessions are tailored for you. And yes, we do everything online, so you can practice right from your own space.
