What To Expect
- Inclusive Atmosphere: You will never be asked to perform perfect poses here. Our events are beginner-friendly, and we emphasize that it is okay to wobble or laugh while you learn.
- Expert Spotting: For more complex aerial skills or inversions, our trainers are always on the mat to provide physical spotting. We limit our group event capacities to ensure everyone receives personal attention and feels safe.
- Curated Environment: We pay attention to the little things. From themed lighting for our celestial sessions to props that support your practice, we create a sensory experience that helps you stay present.
Can I Host My Own Theme?
Absolutely. If you have a specific vision for a birthday, team-building activity, or a private wellness gathering, we can curate the session for you. We provide the hammocks, the mats, and the instruction; you just need to bring your tribe. We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 10 people for studio buyouts, ensuring you have the space entirely to yourselves for two hours of flying and social time.
