About The Art of Restful Sleep

Sleep is not just a passive state but a time for your body to actively balance its Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas. I teach my students to move beyond simply lying down and instead focus on active healing by adjusting their evening habits and daily routines. It is less about using aids and more about fixing the rhythm of your day to let your body recover naturally.
