Our Yog Parivar: Community and Spiritual Gatherings
Wellness is a shared journey. Join our yog parivar in Noida as we come together for spiritual events, Havan ceremonies, and moments of collective peace that go beyond the yoga mat.
Participants join in prayer during our Basant Panchami Havan. The collective chanting and focus create a powerful meditative atmosphere, fostering a deep sense of connection and inner peace.

About Our Yog Parivar: Community & Events
The Havan ceremonies we host, such as the Basant Panchami gathering, are central to our life at the studio. These are not merely rituals, but times when our entire yog parivar gathers to chant, offer ahuti, and align our intentions. This shared energy is what makes the community feel less like a class and more like a family.
Building Our Yog Parivar
At Amritam Yoga Foundation, we follow the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, meaning the whole earth is one family. Our studio in Sector 51, Noida, is the physical space where this belief takes root. We find that deep, lasting wellness is difficult to achieve in isolation, which is why we place so much importance on our community events and gatherings.
Why We Host Havan Ceremonies
For us, a Havan is a scientific and spiritual practice of purification. By using specific mantras and offering materials into the sacred fire, we aim to purify the air and our own internal states. Participants often report feeling a sense of mental clarity and calm after these sessions. It is a time to pause, reflect, and practice the art of 'kshama' (forgiveness) toward ourselves and others.
More Than Just Rituals
Our gatherings often extend beyond the ceremony. Sharing prasad, discussing the relevance of ancient scriptures in modern life, or simply sitting together after a yoga session allows us to build genuine bonds. These events help you stay connected to your practice even on days you do not attend a formal class. Whether it is a festival celebration or a routine group meditation, these moments help us ground our knowledge in real-life connection. We invite you to be a part of this growing family and experience the peace that comes from practicing together.
