Our Guiding Philosophy at Amritam Yog
We believe yoga is more than physical movement. It is a path to inner peace rooted in the ancient wisdom of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, where we see the world as one family.
Welcome to the Amritam Yoga Foundation. Our philosophy is rooted in 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', the belief that the world is one family. This principle guides our mission to share the nectar of yoga with all.
A message on the power of 'Kshama', or forgiveness. Letting go of ego and embracing forgiveness is a powerful practice for inner peace and is a key teaching I share for a happy life.
A short, guiding thought: "Put strength in your words, not your voice, because crops grow from rain, not from floods." This reminds us that gentle, consistent effort brings true growth.
About Guiding Philosophy
At our Noida studio, philosophy is not just an abstract concept read from texts. It is the practical framework for how we manage stress, choose our diet, and interact with others in daily life. Whether you join us for a detox workshop or a teacher training course, you will notice that our guidance emphasizes small, consistent changes over quick, temporary fixes.
The Wisdom We Share
Yoga is a journey of the mind, body, and soul. Our approach is built on the belief that true well-being comes from balance, not just a flexible body. We focus on the 'Yog Parivar' concept, where our students support each other in a community setting. This shared journey makes the challenges of discipline and purification much easier to navigate.
Why Our Approach Differs
We focus on the 'why' behind the practice.
- Small Steps: As I often say, crops grow from rain, not floods. We encourage small, steady progress that you can sustain, rather than intense bursts that lead to burnout.
- Holistic Healing: We do not just teach asanas. We integrate Ayurveda, focusing on your 'doshas' and helping you identify 'virudh aahar' (incompatible foods) that might be disrupting your system.
- The Power of Forgiveness: A core pillar of our philosophy is 'kshama'. Letting go of ego and practicing forgiveness is a practice we emphasize, as it clears the mental space necessary for true healing.
Practical Application
Our workshops in Noida are designed to make these ancient principles actionable. From our Shatkarma detox sessions where we teach you how to cleanse the body, to our Marma therapy courses where you learn to unlock vital energy points, we provide the tools to take charge of your health. Our goal is to guide you towards a life that is balanced, mindful, and full of peace.
