What Students Say About Our Block Printing Workshops
Seeing the joy on a student’s face after creating something unique is why I do this. Here is what people are saying about their experience with Amoha Prints.
(Image) This wonderful Google review from Saparya warms my heart. I focus on explaining each step with patience, and it’s lovely to hear that my students find the experience amazing and interesting.
(Image) Thank you to Surabhi for this kind review of my online course. I designed it to be a complete guide from basic to advanced techniques, and I'm always here to help my students with their questions.
(Image) I was so happy to receive this review from Harveen for my online course. My goal is to make the techniques of block printing simple and inspiring, and I'm thrilled she found the course brilliant and well-structured.
(Image) Another look at a wonderful review for my online course. It's so rewarding to know that my calm and simple approach to teaching helps inspire others to learn this beautiful craft.
(Video) Teaching is my greatest joy, especially when I get to share this craft with ladies from an NGO in Bangalore. They will now pass this knowledge on to children in their organization, spreading the creativity even further.
About this collection
Beyond the final prints you see in the gallery, my main focus is guiding you through the process without any pressure. I have seen students arrive worried about making mistakes, but we turn those so-called errors into unique design choices, which is exactly why so many of them return to learn more.
It is always humbling to read these reviews. When I started Amoha Prints, my goal was not just to teach block printing; it was to provide a space where adults and kids could step away from their screens and get their hands messy. Whether it is an online learner printing from their living room or a participant at my studio in Domlur, the feedback is consistent: it is the calm, step-by-step guidance that makes the difference.
I keep my batch sizes small, usually 8 to 12 people, because I want to ensure I can walk everyone through the basics of pressure and alignment. Many of my students are complete beginners and often arrive feeling like they are not artistic at all. By the end of a 2.5-hour session, seeing them hold a bag or stole they printed themselves is the best part of my day.
If you are looking to pick up a new hobby or just need a mindful break in Bangalore, you are in good hands. We cover everything from traditional teak block motifs to modern fabric printing. You can check out my ongoing online courses or join us for a weekend workshop.
