I’ve poured my heart into making Amoha Prints more of an experience than a class. Block printing is messy, calming, and full of surprises - perfect for anyone who wants a break from the usual. You’ll get to make art that’s a little imperfect and totally unique, just how handmade should be.
What You’ll Do
- Handle real, hand-carved wooden blocks
- Learn the basics of Indian block printing classes in a way that’s simple and fun
- Try your hand at printing on paper, fabric, or even upcycle your old t-shirts
- Hear stories about the craft’s history, but we keep things chill and hands-on
Who It’s For
- Kids’ art classes (2+ years): Not just printing - we do sketching, collage, watercolors, and more. Small batches at my studio in Domlur, Bangalore. Materials sorted.
- Public workshops: For adults and teens who want something creative but low-pressure. You’ll get to take home stuff you print yourself.
- Private & corporate events: Weddings, team days, birthdays. I set up custom block printing stations that fit your vibe - even wedding hashtags, if you want.
- Online course: DIY block printing for beginners, with a starter kit shipped to you. Live sessions and a support group, so you don’t get stuck.
My Way
I use authentic, hand-carved blocks (some old-school, some new), and I’m pretty serious about keeping things sustainable. Organic cotton, skin-safe inks, even recycled newspaper for gift wrapping. I want you to leave feeling inspired, whether you came for art therapy through printing or just to try something new.
