Hand-Printed Apparel and Accessories with Unique Stories
My prints aren't factory-perfect, and that’s the point. Every shirt, saree, and accessory you see here is stamped by hand, carrying the little quirks that make handmade art real.
This video shows the process of creating a custom men's shirt with an Eiffel Tower print. From the carved block to the final placement on the fabric, each step is done by hand to create a unique and stylish piece, perfect for a thoughtful Valentine's gift or a personal statement.
Here is a beautiful stole printed by a participant in a literary workshop using one of my kits. The traditional Indian motifs, paired with the earthy tones of the fabric and tassels, show how block printing can be a wonderful form of creative expression and art therapy.
This video showcases the printing of a lovely Chanderi silk saree with a theme of liberation. The delicate butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers are scattered across the fabric, symbolizing freedom and lightness. Each motif is carefully placed by hand to create a flowing, elegant design.
A simple tote bag becomes a fun fashion statement with our hand printed cupcake design. This is a great example of how you can use my blocks to personalize everyday items. This bag was part of a display for a free workshop celebrating Women's Day.
The Nandi, or bull, represents power and resilience, and it was a joy to print this powerful symbol on a saree for a client. This video shows the process of printing the robust design, a beautiful representation of the strength that helps us face life's challenges.
Watch the magic of multi-layer block printing as we bring a complex floral design to life on a beautiful saree. This process, moving from the background color to the final detailed outline, shows the skill and patience that goes into every single hand printed piece I create.
This cupcake printed tote bag is a perfect example of how block printing can add a playful touch to accessories. It’s a practical and unique piece, handmade with care. I love seeing how a simple design can bring so much personality to an item.
About this collection
Because we print every design by hand, no two pieces are identical. When you order a custom batch, like our canvas pouches or a one-of-a-kind saree, we work through the design spacing and ink colors together. This means the final piece you hold has the human touch of a craftsperson, not the cold precision of a machine.
When you choose hand-printed apparel, you are choosing a process that values patience over speed. We use traditional teak wood blocks, carving patterns that often tell a story—like our Nandi-printed sarees that represent strength, or playful motifs for everyday shirts.
Why Hand-Printed?
Our production process involves layering colors, sometimes in reverse order from the background to the final outline. This 3-color layering technique creates depth you simply cannot get from a digital print. Because we use organic, skin-safe dyes and natural cotton fabrics, the texture remains breathable and gentle on your skin.
Customization and Wearables
- Custom Apparel: We print on everything from premium chanderi silk sarees for special occasions to crisp cotton shirts for daily wear.
- Accessories: Our zippered canvas pouches are a favorite for bulk gifting, offering a practical way to share art with others.
- Slow Fashion: Every item is made on demand or in small batches. We embrace the smudge or the slightly wonky line as proof of the human hand at work.
If you have a specific motif in mind, or if you want to understand how a design will look on a particular fabric, reach out. We love collaborating to turn your vision into a wearable piece of art.
Amoha Prints
I’m Pooja, the person behind Amoha Prints. I believe block printing is a conversation between the block, the fabric, and the person who wears it. If you’re looking for clothes that tell a story rather than just fill a closet, you’re in the right place.
