Handmade Home Decor with Traditional Block Printing

Bring authentic art into your living space. My block-printed pieces are made slowly by hand, embracing the little quirks that show they were crafted, not manufactured by a machine.

Here is a look at some of the hand printed bedsheets and pillow covers I created for a home linen brand. From intricate floral butis to modern geometric patterns, each set is carefully printed to bring a unique, artisanal touch to the bedroom.

A handmade Toran brings so much joy and warmth to a home's entrance. This video shows some of the beautiful Torans you can create with my DIY kits. I am holding one of my favorite creations, a reminder of the festive spirit you can craft yourself.

For Navratri, a client requested these beautiful pouches printed with a lotus, the symbol of Goddess Lakshmi. They were given as part of a traditional gift, and the vibrant pink ink on the canvas pouches created a simple yet elegant favor for the festive occasion.

Inspired by the beautiful pink blooms of a Bengaluru spring, I created this floral Toran. This video shows me printing the design, layering flowers and leaves to capture the feeling of a city in full bloom. You can create this yourself with my DIY Toran kit.

About this collection

When you bring home a block-printed piece, you are accepting that every print will be slightly different. That faint smudge or a variation in ink depth is not a mistake. It is the signature of the artisan who pressed the wooden block onto the fabric by hand. These details are what make a space feel lived-in and real rather than store-bought.

My work in home decor centers on the idea that textiles should hold history. I partner with linen brands to create bedsheets, pillow covers, and other textiles that carry the weight of human effort. Each design, from floral butis to geometric repeats, is applied using hand-carved teak wood blocks and organic dyes.

The Artisan Process

Every textile follows a slow path. I do not aim for the flat, monotonous perfection of a digital print. Instead, I embrace the tactile quality of manual labor. Because I use natural, skin-safe paints and organic cotton, the resulting fabrics are breathable, safe for sensitive skin, and get softer with every wash.

DIY for Your Space

If you want to be the one who leaves a mark on your home, my DIY Toran kits are designed for you. These kits provide everything needed to create a 3.5ft canvas door hanging. It is a popular choice for festivals like Diwali or Ugadi, or simply to add a burst of color to an entryway. You get the blocks, the metallic fabric paints, and the base material, all ready for you to assemble at your own pace.

Sustainable Styling

Whether you are refreshing a bedroom or preparing for a festive season, choosing handmade means opting for sustainability. I prioritize eco-friendly practices in my printing process and packaging, ensuring that your home decor choices align with a mindful, environmentally conscious lifestyle.
