I offer two primary ways to bring my cuisine to your festive events across Bangalore:

• Private Chef Sit-Down Dining: I take over your kitchen to deliver a 5-7 course plated tasting menu. This is ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, or intimate gatherings where you want the white-glove treatment. I personally guide your guests through the courses, and my team handles all cleanup, restoring your kitchen to its original state.
• Gourmet Drop-off & Buffet: For larger gatherings, I provide elegantly styled buffet setups or artisanal grazing platters. We handle the aesthetics—using white ceramic plates, neutral linens, and stainless steel cutlery—so your event looks as refined as it tastes.

Seasonal Highlights

My holiday menus are limited and seasonal by design. From handcrafted Veg and Beef Wellingtons during Christmas to spiced pumpkin treats for Thanksgiving, I prefer to work with fresh, available produce rather than relying on frozen shortcuts. Because I prepare every component, including our signature sauces and delicate pastries, from scratch, I request that you book well in advance for major holidays. This allows me to source the finest ingredients and dedicate the necessary time to ensure each dish meets the Amiel Gourmet standard of quality.
