Please keep in mind that I work primarily on pre-orders to ensure the freshness of every ingredient. Whether you need a grazing platter for a small gathering or a multi-course dinner for a milestone, reach out at least 48 hours ahead so I can properly source and prepare your menu.
How We Serve You
My approach to catering in Bangalore centers on bringing authentic French techniques to your specific event needs. I operate out of my kitchens in Sahakarnagar, Manyata, and Yelahanka, serving the wider city with a few distinct service styles.
Gourmet Platter Delivery For casual gatherings, I offer a drop-off service featuring artisanal wooden crates. These are ideal for kitty parties or small home gatherings where you prefer to handle the serving yourself. Expect selections like smoked salmon buns, savory tarts, and mini pastries, all prepared fresh and ready to set out immediately.
Private Chef Experience If you are hosting a sit-down dinner and want the full culinary theatre, my team provides a white-glove private chef service. I come into your kitchen, prepare a 5 to 7-course plated meal, and explain the techniques behind dishes like 7-hour slow-cooked lamb or lobster roulade. We handle everything, including the cleanup, so your kitchen is restored to its original state before we leave.
Event Catering For larger corporate functions or milestone celebrations, we offer full-service catering. This includes uniformed staff, elegant buffet styling, and live stations. Whether you need a fresh salad bar, pasta cooked on-site, or a complete buffet spread, we focus on balancing flavour and presentation.
