About Decadent Desserts & Patisserie
When I bake, I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether it is our rich chocolate hazelnut cake or a delicate strawberry fraisier, every element is prepared from scratch in our kitchens. Since we do not keep finished cakes on the shelf, please place your custom order at least 24 hours in advance so I can prepare your dessert exactly how you like it.
My approach to desserts is straightforward: traditional French techniques, high-quality ingredients, and nothing frozen or pre-made.
Whether you are planning a grand event or just want a treat for the weekend, I have two main ways I can help. For casual gatherings, we offer dessert platters filled with mini pastries like eclairs, fruit tarts, and cheesecakes. These are designed to be easy to serve and look great on any table.
For birthdays and special celebrations, we create custom cakes. You will see a lot of chocolate and hazelnut in my work because I find that combination classic and comforting, but I also enjoy working with seasonal fruits like mango for our fresh sorbets and tarts. If you have a specific theme or preference in mind, just let me know when you reach out.
I also focus on traditional holiday items like our Bûche de Noël cakes. When you order from us, you are not getting a mass-produced product. You are getting a dessert that was mixed, baked, and finished by hand, usually on the morning of your event or the evening before to ensure the best texture and flavor.
To keep things fresh, we operate out of kitchens in Sahakarnagar, Manyata, and Yelahanka, serving the wider Bangalore area. If you are ordering for a large corporate event, we can handle the logistics, but for single cake orders, I always recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
