Whether you’re joining us at our Bellandur studio in Bangalore or our Lajpat Nagar academy in Delhi, you’ll be using the same tools and ingredients, imported butter, high-end couvertures, and professional-grade equipment, that we use in our Diploma courses. There are no shortcuts here, just real skills. Most of our classes are small-group, meaning you get individual feedback when you’re piping or glazing.
