About Elegant Cakes & Entremets

Every entremet we make is built on texture, not just taste. You will find a crunchy base for contrast, a smooth mousse for the body, and a bright fruit or chocolate center for balance. We finish each one by hand, so the velvet spray or mirror glaze looks perfect before it leaves our kitchen in Okhla.

We have been baking since 1995, and our approach to these cakes remains rooted in using real ingredients. We do not use shortcuts, whether it is our house-made hazelnut spread or the Belgian chocolate that forms the backbone of our cakes.

How We Build Our Cakes

  • The Structure: Our entremets feature a complex layering system. You get a feuilletine crunch base, a central fruit or chocolate insert, and a surrounding aerated mousse.
  • The Finish: We offer two styles of presentation. Our velvet spray provides a soft, matte texture, while our mirror glaze gives a high-gloss reflection.
  • Eggless Options: We understand that everyone should enjoy dessert, so we offer full eggless versions of our entremets and gateaux that maintain the same texture and flavour profiles as our standard recipes.

Logistics and Care

We are based in Okhla Phase III and deliver across Delhi NCR. Because these desserts are temperature-sensitive, we pack them in specialized styrofoam iceboxes with thermal insulation to ensure they remain stable for 45 to 60 minutes in transit. Once you receive your order, please place it directly into the refrigerator.
