About Artisanal Ice Creams & Smoothies
Our ice cream bars are not mass-produced factory items; we freeze them in individual moulds, dip them in tempered Belgian chocolate, and finish them with textures like almond praline or caramel centers that you can actually taste.
When we started Ambrosia in 1995, we knew we didn't want to just make dessert; we wanted to capture the feeling of a perfect summer afternoon. That is why our ice cream isn't just stored frozen, it is freshly churned to achieve that specific velvet texture.
Whether you are ordering our ice cream bars for a quick fix or our tubs for a weekend treat, you are getting the same quality ingredients we use in our signature gateaux. We avoid preservatives and artificial stabilizers, relying on the natural richness of fresh dairy and real fruit. For our smoothies, we skip the heavy syrups. We blend fresh fruit with a touch of cream to get that consistent, smooth mouthfeel, whether it is our refreshing blueberry or the deep, rich chocolate.
Everything is prepared in our Okhla bakery and packed in thermal iceboxes before it leaves our doors.
