Experience a journey of layered textures and intense flavours. We combine seasonal fruits and real couverture chocolate, crafted with precision and delivered fresh to your door in Delhi-NCR.

This is my Karamella, deconstructed. I believe in showing you exactly what you are about to enjoy. It features a delicate caramel sponge and crunch, a heart of banana compote and salted caramel, all enveloped in a gold chocolate mousse and vanilla whipped ganache. Every layer has a purpose.

This is my Choco Framboise, finished with a deep red velvet spray. The finish is not just for appearance; it seals the delicate layers inside, preserving the textures of the dark chocolate mousse and sharp raspberry crémeux until you are ready to indulge.

The final step is often the most mesmerizing. Here, I am applying a mirror glaze, a delicate process that requires precise temperature control. This glossy coating encases the entremet, locking in freshness and creating a flawless finish that gives way to the complex layers within.

My Valencian Sunshine entremet is a memory on a plate. This cross-section reveals the bright orange crèmeux and light mousse, a nod to the Jaffa cakes I loved in the UK. It’s a composition of nostalgia, crafted with the finest couverture chocolate.

This is my first-ever entremet creation, Coco Loco. It shows how I love to play with balance. Inside, you will find a tropical conversation between pineapple, passionfruit, coconut, and white chocolate, with a light vanilla mousse to tie it all together.

My commitment to flavour begins with the ingredients. I only use real couverture chocolate, never compound. The difference is in the taste and the texture, a depth and richness that cannot be faked. This is the foundation of every chocolate entremet I create.

For those who wish to explore, I offer the Signature Mango Palette. This box features four distinct mini entremets, from the earthy Matcha Manza to the vibrant Mango Blush. It is a curated journey through the different ways I interpret a single, perfect seasonal fruit.

Every flavour has a story. The Valencian Sunshine was born from a memory of my university days in the UK. In this video, I share the inspiration behind this blend of sun-kissed Valencian oranges and rich chocolate, a personal favourite I wanted to bring to life.

We build every entremet with a specific structural sequence: a light aerated mousse, a punchy fruit compote or crémeux, and a steady sponge base. Because we use only real couverture chocolate and zero compound substitutes, these desserts require a 20-minute thaw from the fridge to reach the ideal texture where the flavour profile fully opens up on your palate.
