Everything you see here is baked fresh, so we need at least 24 to 48 hours to prepare your order. We exclusively use 54.5% Callebaut dark chocolate to ensure that signature fudgy, deep flavour in every single layer.
We are obsessed with texture. Whether it’s the light-as-air mousse in our Belgian Chocolate Mousse Cake, the satisfying crunch of Callebaut feuilletine in our Chocolate Crunch Cake, or the dense richness of our marble loaf, each dessert is built for a specific chocolate experience.
When you order, you aren't just getting a generic cake. You are getting something that was likely sitting in our oven in Janakpuri just a day before it reached your table.
What you can expect
- The Chocolate: We work primarily with 54.5% Callebaut dark chocolate. It’s balanced, intense, and never overly sweet.
- Customization: We can tweak most designs. If you’re looking for a specific birthday message, a different size, or need it to be eggless, let us know. We also have gluten-free and refined sugar-free sponge options for specific dietary needs.
- Delivery: We deliver across Delhi and Gurgaon. Because these desserts are delicate and temperature-sensitive, we use a carefully secured box with a viewing window to make sure they arrive in perfect shape.
