In 1995, we started with a tiny kitchen and a big dream to redefine dessert in Delhi. Today, that legacy is the heart of Ambrosia. When we say handcrafted, we mean it. We do not take shortcuts. Whether it is tempering Belgian chocolate for our truffles or churning fresh ice cream for our signature layer cakes, every step happens right here.
