Our Ice Cream Cakes - 30 Years of Magic
These are our signature - artisanal ice cream cakes with layers of cake, fresh churned ice cream, and a ganache finish. My top picks? Vanilla Raspberry with pistachio crunch, Mint Oreo, and Black Forest reinvented. When mangoes and strawberries are in season, you’ll see them starring in these cold beauties.
More Than Just Cakes
We do elegant mousse entremets (multi-layered, rich, and perfect for celebrations), classic gateaux like Chocolate Strawberry, and cheesecakes that change with the season. Winter means Strawberry Cheesecake, summer is all about the Cold Mango Cheesecake. Lemon Pineapple cake is a regular request.
