About Strength and Conditioning
At Citius Academy, we don't separate fitness from your sport. In our group coaching sessions, you will spend a dedicated 15-minute block on athletic conditioning—using speed ladders, plyometrics, and core stability drills—before you even pick up a racket. This ensures you are building the endurance and explosive power needed for high-intensity rallies, rather than just focusing on technique alone.
