My Personal Journey and Offerings
Beyond my workshops for children, I host spiritual retreats and online meditation sessions designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and find peace.
In this personal message to parents, I share my motivation for creating these workshops as an alternative to screen time. This philosophy is the foundation of all my work at Ajna Yoga.
A clip from my first-ever live online meditation session, where I guided participants through an 11-minute practice using the Mool Mantra. It was a beautiful experience connecting with our community digitally.
A quiet moment with my daughter after a session. Being a mother deepens my understanding of the need for compassion and connection, both for our children and for our own inner child.
A collage from our serene retreat in Bhutan, where we blended creativity, nature, and mindfulness. These adult retreats are designed to be a symphony of serenity and self-discovery.
Our wonderful group enjoying an outdoor creative session during the Bhutan retreat. These journeys are about building a community, or sangat, and sharing transformative experiences together.
A special moment from our retreat in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, where our intimate group gathered for a shared meal and connection. These retreats offer a deep dive into healing practices in breathtaking locations.
Motherhood is a sacred gift. This image with my daughter represents the core of my belief that children are our purest connection to the divine, and nurturing them helps us heal ourselves.
About My Journey & Other Offerings
My path with Kundalini yoga is a personal one, rooted in finding light amidst the chaos of everyday life. Whether it is through immersive retreats in serene landscapes like Bhutan or intimate online meditation sessions, my goal is to hold space for you to breathe, reconnect with your essence, and find your own strength.
Kundalini yoga is a technology of consciousness. When I first started, I was stuck and overwhelmed. Through breathwork, mantra, and movement, I learned how to steady my nerves and feel lighter. Now, I share these tools with you, not as a distant teacher, but as someone who has walked this path of shedding emotional baggage.
My retreats are intimate gatherings where we step away from the noise of the city to dive into our own consciousness. We have explored the mountains of Bhutan and the dunes of Al-Ula, blending nature therapy with deep healing practices. These journeys are about building a sangat, a community of seekers where you can be exactly who you are without judgment.
For those who cannot travel, I offer online meditation sessions. These are short, 11-minute practices focusing on the Mool Mantra, designed to help you tune into your own inner guru. We focus on an erect spine and long, deep breathing to signal the nervous system to relax. Even if you have never practiced before, you are welcome. We are all having challenges, and this world is full of obstacles. My invitation to you is simple: join me, sit tall, and see how the universe shifts when you give yourself these few minutes of presence.
