I run live online strength training sessions specifically for adults between 35 and 55. We focus on mobility, flexibility, and building practical strength from home—no fancy equipment, just a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells.

This is a glimpse into one of our live 'FIT at 40' group sessions on Zoom. It's a wonderful community of people showing up for themselves, building strength and consistency together, right from their homes.

I believe in setting small, realistic goals. In this video, I explain my core philosophy: it's not about giving 100 percent in one day, but giving 1 percent for 100 days. This is how we build a sustainable fitness practice for life.

Our workouts focus on practical movements that improve how you feel every day. Here, I demonstrate a few mobility and flexibility drills, like the elephant and camel walk, which are great for warming up or cooling down.

Your practice has benefits that go far beyond the mat. Sometimes progress isn't about holding a posture longer, but about getting better sleep, managing your emotions, and feeling more capable in your daily life.

Strength building is a journey of challenging yourself to change for the better. This is a clip of me working on pushup variations, a great exercise for developing upper body and core strength.

Here are the details for my 'FIT at 40' online strength training program. It's designed for adults between 35 and 55 who want to build practical strength with just a pair of dumbbells.

About Featured

We keep things simple and sustainable. You don’t need a heavy gym setup; just a pair of 3kg and 5kg dumbbells is enough for the resistance we use. We focus on controlled movements and mobility drills that address the stiffness and sluggishness that often come with being in your late thirties, helping you feel more energetic and capable in your day-to-day life.
