Announcing the details for our June strength training classes. The program is designed to get you moving and feeling stronger in just two months.
Here is the schedule for our April 'Fit at 40' online strength training batch. The classes are held three times a week in the evening, making it easy to join after work.
About Join an Upcoming Class
These are live, interactive sessions, not generic video lessons. I need to see you on camera so I can correct your form in real-time. Whether you are returning to fitness or starting from scratch, we keep it simple with 3kg and 5kg dumbbells—no fancy gym equipment or high-impact stress on your joints.
A Sustainable Approach to Strength
Many of us hit our late thirties and start feeling the stiffness of a sedentary lifestyle. My 'Fit at 40' program is not about crushing yourself with heavy weights to look a certain way; it is about 'thoda thoda, roz' (a little bit every day). We focus on functional strength and joint health so you can move better through your daily life.
What to Expect
We meet three times a week on Zoom, which provides the much-needed accountability that is often missing when you train alone. If you have been avoiding the gym because of crowds or the fear of injury, this is your space. We work on progressive overload, starting with basic movements and slowly building up as you get stronger.
Class Logistics
We keep the batches focused. You will need a laptop or tablet positioned so I can guide you through the movements, ensuring you stay safe and effective. It is just you, your mat, your dumbbells, and a community of people in the 35 to 55 age group who want to feel more capable in their own skin.
- Schedule: Sessions run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Requirement: You must have 3kg and 5kg hex dumbbells and a non-slip yoga mat.
- Format: Interactive video format with real-time feedback and form correction.
