Standard Fitness & Agility
Schedule
- 3 to 4 sessions per week (evenings)
- 60 to 75 minutes per session
Gym Conditioning
- Non-AC indoor facility access
- Traditional iron weights, hex bars, and functional plyo boxes
- Core drills using medicine balls and floor mats
Court Agility
- Ladder drills and cone sprints on hard tennis courts
- Lateral movement and balance technique correction
- Group supervision structure
Elite High-Performance Program
Intensity & Duration
- 6 days per week schedule
- 90 to 120 minutes per session
- Targeted at U-12 to U-18 competitive aspirants
Off-Site Terrain Training
- Sand fitness at riverbeds for resistance and stability
- Hill sprints on local inclines for leg power
- Endurance runs on outdoor 400m tracks
Advanced Conditioning
- Boxing mitt drills for hand acceleration and reaction time
- Heavy power lifting including squats and deadlifts
- High-intensity "Tough Love" coaching style with raw feedback

Champions aren't born - they’re built. At Aimers Tennis Academy, I push for hard work over shortcuts. From tennis roots, I’ve taken my training style to help athletes from any sport get better, faster, and mentally tougher.

What Training Looks Like
I mix old-school grind with some wild drills, making sure every session packs a punch:
- Gym time: Weight training, plyometrics, and supervised sessions for functional strength
- On-field: Sprints, cone drills, stair runs, and hurdle work for explosive speed and agility drills
- Unconventional stuff: Hill runs, sand workouts, occasional boxing for mental toughness training for athletes and hand-eye coordination
You’ll hear me yell “Body dheela kar!” (Loosen up!) before pushing you harder.

If you’re hungry to win - whether you’re just starting, playing state or national, or already pro - I’ve got the plan for you. Age, gender, sport - doesn’t matter. Only sirf mehnat (just hard work).

My Story
I’m Neel Garud, and honestly, my story isn’t just mine. It’s all those kids hustling on the court, winning trophies from state to nationals. Dekho, I’ve trained champs like Kriish Tyagi and Tanussh Ghildyal, but the real kick is seeing someone like Ishaan go from rank 73 to 9 in one year. We grind—sand training, hill sprints, gym, jo bhi lage (whatever it takes). When my students succeed, that’s my real win. Making champions is all I care about.
