This is not a casual hobby club. This is where athletes come to fix their technique, build raw strength, and climb the national rankings.

This is what pure dedication looks like. Here I am with my student Jashwant, who trained with me and went on to become the U-13 Badminton National Champion. My program is designed to build champions, no matter the sport.

We use unconventional drills like boxing to improve hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and raw power. I push my athletes to maintain form and intensity, even when they're tired. There are no shortcuts to building explosive strength.

The goal is always to dominate. My student Ishaan Yadlapalli did just that, securing the double crown with both singles and doubles titles at the U14 Asian Tennis Championship. This is the result of relentless training on an international stage.

Training on sand is a core part of my program for building explosive leg power and mental grit. The unstable surface forces athletes to generate their own stability and power, which translates to incredible strength and endurance on any field or court.

The numbers don't lie. This shows the progress of my student Ishaan Yadlapalli, who jumped from an All India Rank of 73 to Rank 9 in just one year of training with me. My focus is on delivering measurable, significant improvements in performance.

Reaching the top requires consistent hard work. I'm proud to see my student Rudra Batham break into the top 6 in India's Under-16 category. This ranking is a direct result of the discipline and effort he puts in every single day.

My gym sessions are focused on building functional, athletic strength. This video shows a typical workout involving supervised weight training, dumbbell exercises, and plyometric box jumps to develop the explosive power needed for elite competition.

About Featured

You have seen the rankings, like Ishaan’s jump from 73 to 9 in one year. That success did not happen by accident. It happened because we stopped chasing perfection and started chasing real, measurable output through grit, unconventional sand training, and honest, unfiltered feedback. If you are here, you know that progress demands more than just standard court time.
